F.A.Q.
* How do I book my accommodation?
Once you have decided on the dates, the amount of overnight stays you require and the villages you want to stay overnight at, simply complete a booking form and return it by e-mail or post. If you require assistance in route planning then please do not hesitate to contact us.
* How far in advance do I have to book?
It is always better to book well in advance (especially in the peak months of May and June) as accommodation is limited on some stages on the walk. Last minute bookings are however still possible although you may not always receive your preferred type of accommodation.
* How do I pay for my accommodation?
Most accommodation providers require a deposit in order to secure your room. Once we have made your booking, you will be send an invoice which gives you detailed information on the cost of your accommodation, the total amount of deposits required and the cost of the booking fee. If you are satisfied with the accommodation booked then simply sign and return the invoice, together with your payment for the deposits and booking fee.
The remaining balances are paid directly to the accommodation provider on arrival or departure at your overnight stop.
* What if I have to cancel?
If you find it necessary to cancel your trip before the start date then we will make the cancellation on your behalf at no extra cost. This also applies to cancellations midway through your journey. Please note that any deposits and booking fees are not refundable. This system of only paying deposits in advance is used to protect the customer against loss of full payment in the event of any unexpected cancellation.
However, we strongly advise that you take out a travel insurance policy to provide cover in the event of cancellation, illness, baggage loss, etc
